- Why did you decide to move to Mladá Boleslav and sign a contract for three years?

- But you could remain a Krasnodar footballer and act on loan on loan in the Czech Republic?

- I agree. But, when I moved to “Mladu”, the clubs signed a lease agreement with the right to purchase. So in the Czech Republic this option was simply taken advantage of. We spoke warmly with the leadership of Krasnodar. They told me: “If you want this, we agree, no problem. Play, progress, then we can bring you back. " No, there is no question of the option of initial redemption, but in any case, you will not have to pay too much money.

- Did you win financially?

“It doesn't matter.” I can say that in Krasnodar-2 I received more than now in Mlad. In addition, life in the Czech Republic is more expensive. And salaries in Czech football are small. But he immediately said that he agreed on any money, the main thing is to prove himself in Europe. You must first be patient, and the money will come.

- In “Krasnodar” now, by and large, there is no alternative to Alexander Martynovich and Urosh Spaich, and they could pay attention to you. No regrets leaving your home club?

- There were earlier internal grievances when they did not take me to the first team of Krasnodar. I really wanted this, sometimes even talked with the leadership and asked for a chance. But over time, he began to realize that he was still damp. Even now, if they would bring me back, I don’t think I could become a base player. The team is fighting for titles and getting into the Champions League. I need to work a lot on myself to reach this level. At the moment, I am absolutely happy. I play in the European team. The Czech Championship is followed by scouts, and can be noticed at any time.

- Tried to find out about your prospects in your own club?

- Murad Musaev and I are always in touch, and we can contact each other at any time. But about my place at the heart of the conversation was not. Communicated only with the leadership. I know that they are watching me, but they will not put a young football player without experience in the position of the central defender.

- But 20-year-old Igor Diveev and 17-year-old Vadim Karpov play in CSKA in the center of defense. You are already 21.

“They were given a chance.” A lot of young guys also play in Krasnodar. But if you assemble the entire composition exclusively from youth, there will be no progress, and the team will go down. Still, young people are characterized by instability. You can play three or four matches at an excellent level, and then fail one or two. It is necessary to work on this.

- Sergey Galitsky advised you somehow?

- I do not have his phone number, and we do not communicate with him. But he corresponded with Aram Fundukyan (director of the Krasnodar Academy - RT ). I am sure they communicated with Galitsky on my account.

- You said that you would like to grow to the leading championships. And what exactly do you dream of being in?

- First of all, I want to reach my maximum in football, to become the main football player of the team that fights for titles, for example, in Serie A or the Premier League. But I personally liked Italy from childhood.

- Are you ready to return to the RPL?

- If you come back, then for the sake of fighting for trophies. It makes no sense to go to a team that is in the middle of the standings or is fighting for survival. If we talk about Russia, first of all I would like to protect the colors of Krasnodar, where I was brought up and raised.

- Why go to the Czech Republic if the RPL is higher than the level?

- I will give a simple example. It takes four hours from the Czech Republic to Germany. And in order to fly to Russia from the same Germany, scouts only need to make a visa for a week. Where are they more likely to go?

- But in Russia you could play in European competitions.

- And why in the "Mlade Boleslav" I can not? Yes, this season the team quickly flew out of the Europa League, but that's because I was not there (laughs) . Solved problems with a visa.

- Vyacheslav Karavaev is your guideline?

- I have great respect for the Glory. He was not afraid to leave and proved that he had done the right thing. Gained experience and confidence, returned back, won a place in the starting lineup of Zenit. What is not an example to follow? Children should be equal to such football players. The career of Alexander Golovin is developing in a similar way, with the only difference being that he is already in Monaco. You know, it's better to leave, even if you're scared. - Did you have fear when you were rented for the first time?

“Not that fear, but rather excitement.” It was not clear how everything would turn out. Still, a new culture, a new approach to football, a new training system. I did not know how to handle it. Moreover, for the first time in his career he changed his team. But I was very lucky that Nikolai Komlichenko already played in Mlade Boleslav. He helped me adapt. Now I’m no longer afraid to go somewhere else. I know that I can cope with competition and other related issues.

- What were you most worried about when you went to the Czech Republic?

- Due to the fact that at first not everything will turn out in training. This happens when you want to prove yourself too much. It’s scary that I’ll come and I’ll worry and worry about the first week. But I joined surprisingly quickly, from the first lesson I liked the coach.

- But what about the language?

- Of course, I did not know Czech, but Kolya was here and helped. Over time, I began to teach and now I can calmly explain myself, I understand the coach very well. Moreover, the older generation here remembers Russian, so at first it was easier with people aged.

- Doing it yourself?

- With a teacher. I met a teacher in a restaurant, she said that she was ready to help me learn the language. He came to her once a week, took materials, and already taught at home. Over time, I realized that there was nothing complicated in the Czech language.

- Learn other languages?

- I knew English at school, but when you don’t speak it for a long time, you forget everything. However, if I go to another country, I will learn faster. In the Czech Republic, I realized that when you know the language, communicate with partners, playing is much easier.

- It was always believed that Russian footballers are struggling to adapt in Europe. Why did you think so?

- It seems to me that everything is individual. Here it’s rather worth talking about Russian football. See how much money is paid to players in Russia. In Europe, no one will offer such. Plus here is a completely different culture. For example, in the Czech Republic everyone drives cars quietly, no one violates the rules. But in Russia you yourself know how. In Europe, everything is very strict, there are laws that need to be followed.

- What surprised you the most in the Czech Republic?

- Struck by the beauty around. I live in Boleslav, it is a small town. Arrived just in anticipation of the New Year, everything was decorated. The same driving style ... You come to the transition, and the cars start to stop for 20 meters, let you in. Everyone is fastened. It surprised me a lot. I also heard a lot of good things about the cops. Here, if you were detained with some minor violation, you can just do it with verbal suggestion. They will explain that it is impossible to do this, they will prompt, help, and will not fine.

- What do you do in your free time?

- Recently I met guys from Russia who study and work at the Škoda factory. In my free time I also try to communicate with parents and friends. I read books, I can watch some movie. I am pleased to study interviews with football players, hockey players, and other Russian athletes. You don’t have to get bored.

- But what about YouTube?

- I’m watching Krasava, of course, I saw an issue about young football players of Krasnodar. But YouTube is not subscribed to anyone. If something interesting comes out, I can see. In general, I love Comedy Club, I especially like how Pavel Volya ridicules life's things and observes the nuances.

- It is known that you read a lot. What kind of literature do you prefer?

- Now I read “Kafka on the beach” by Haruki Murakami. A friend from Taganrog advised. And I don’t have a favorite genre. I can read everything that they advise. But it also happens that I see a quote from a book on the Internet and I understand: I want to read it.

- What is your favorite writer?

- There is no lover. Of modern ones, I like Vyacheslav Prakh, a young writer from St. Petersburg. He has a very unusual approach to literature. I also note Khaled Hosseini. This is an American writer of Afghan descent. During the war he moved to the USA and writes very interesting books. They are about what a real man should be.

“I constantly take an example with Komlichenko”

- For now, you are completely repeating Komlichenko’s career path, the rights to which Mlada also bought from Krasnodar. Communicated with him before you sign the contract?

- Yes, sure. Explained that I want to go. He said: “No problem. That's right, it will only get better. ” But now, of course, it’s easier for me than Kohl, because he paved the way for himself. He had no one to look at, and I constantly take an example from him.

- Komlichenko recently had a son. How did he change after this event?

- Kolya is a family man. At first, I thought he was not like that, he could go out for a walk and unwind. In fact, if there is a free minute, he immediately calls his family. When they give two days off, flies to his wife and child. Constantly in touch with them. I also watch how Timofey’s affairs are, how he plays. Kolya jokingly calls him a bandit ( laughs ).

- When Komlichenko scored San Marino, were you especially happy for a friend?

- Of course. I watched the game at the location of the youth team and screamed that there was strength when he excelled. Then he wrote to him, congratulated him. It's nice that we stand for one modest Czech team, and at the same time a person is called up to the Russian team. This is an example of a football player who earns his name by his own work. You understand that without problems you can get into the national team even from Mlada Boleslav. It's just that everything has its time, you need to show the football that the team needs. - Is it true that Komlichenko is ready to leave for France?

- Do you remember how you distinguished yourself in the game with Banik, because this ball was your debut in your career?

- After moving to Mlada, you separately thanked the mentor of the youth Mikhail Galaktionov. Why?

- When I was 15, the coach called me to the youth team. We are always in touch with him, we often communicate, relations are very warm. He taught me a lot. It is clear that I grew up in Krasnodar, spent seven years there, but Mikhail Mikhailovich made a great contribution to my development. I decided that it would be right to remember this and say thank you.

- Can you explain what is the secret of Galaktionov’s successful work with youth?

- The coach always says everything in person, does not hide anything. If necessary, it can “cram” so that it won’t seem enough, and then he himself will come up and laugh, joke. He is in a warm relationship with all the players. This is its plus. He’ll come up to everyone, ask how you are doing, as a family.

- He was glad that you moved to the "Mlad"?

- He called and congratulated me as soon as it became known. He said that he always follows and waits in the national team. I talked with him about such a career development vector for a long time, still in the years 17-18. Then he said that if there is an option to go to Europe, then you must definitely agree to it. Galaktionov’s opinion is also very important for me.

- With the youth team you reached the Euro semi-finals and played at the World Championships in Chile. What is the most memorable thing?

- These were tournaments, having visited which you want to come back again. For us young boys, it was a great motivation. After the youth mundial you understand that the adult will generally have something unreal, cool. Cool conditions were created in Chile, everyone treated us very warmly, everyone lived in football. People came up, took pictures, asked for autographs. I realized that you need to plow in order to get to such a tournament again. He told himself that now I will work even more. In the 1/8 finals we lost to Ecuador - 1: 4, but I watched the match from the rostrum due to disqualification. The opponent was not so strong, they just flew at all.

- The current youth team has an impressive composition. Many go to the top of the RPL top clubs. What do you think this is connected with?

- Judge for yourself, all these are the players with whom Galaktionov worked. He coached the 1998th and 1999th years of birth. The coach always explained to us, the main thing is the club. If you begin to prove myself, I will call you under the banner. And the team he always had was such that he wanted to come there. Now you yourself see what many guys did.

- It is often said that today's youth is more professional in their work. Do you agree?

- I can’t say for everyone, but at one time I started going to the gym, as I was watching senior football players. When at the age of 17 I got into the main team of Krasnodar, I saw that experienced guys go there constantly. I asked the coach why they are doing this. They explained to me, and I also began to walk. Now I’m doing additional training before and after each training session, I shake my legs and arms.

- Who was the main example for you at the heart of Krasnodar?

- Andreas Granquist. For me, this is the best defender ever to play in Russia. He was strong in everything, especially in reading the game and long transfers.

- In the Russian team now, not everything is going smoothly with the defenders. Do you understand that there is a real chance to get there?

- I set a goal - to break into the national team. But at this stage I will be there an extra person. When I understand that I’m ready, then the opportunity will present itself. I still have a lot to add.

- Who do you think is the best Russian defender at the moment?

- Complex issue. Honestly, I rarely watch RPL except for the matches of Krasnodar. But I would note Diveev. His play surprises me in a good way. Igor is acting clearly and confidently over the years. We’ll see if we can someday play with him for the first team.
