FIFA appealed to the court with a request from Blatter and Platini to reimburse 2 million Swiss francs, which were transferred to the Frenchman's account in February 2011. According to the organization, the money was unreasonably paid to Platini.
Blatter headed FIFA from 1998 to 2015. Platini led UEFA from 2007 to 2015. Both leaders lost their posts as a result of the corruption scandal in FIFA.
Blatter said earlier that he was ready to testify regarding the choice of the country - the hostess of the World Cup-2022.
