3- The General Assembly shall appoint representatives from the members, provided that it does not exceed 11 members and not less than seven members to take over the membership of the transitional committee to conduct the union's work, and the transitional committee chooses its chairman from among its members.

4- The transitional committee shall perform its duties during the period specified in this system.

5- The transitional committee shall conduct the activities of the Union in accordance with this system in a manner that ensures the achievement of the public interest.
