Khaled Al-Masry - Cairo

The Al-Ahly and Al-Hilal Sudanese match - which took place on Friday in the second round of the group stage of the African Champions League - witnessed the arrest of a number of red fans.

During the match - which took place at the Peace Stadium in Cairo - a number of fans were arrested after the club's fans made skirmishes with security because of the insistence on entering with the encouragement tools, which was rejected by the security.

The security services arrested a number of Al-Ahly fans involved in the riots.

The fans chanted against the club's president, Mahmoud Al-Khatib.

The fans also chanted during the match, chanting, "I understand, uncle, the fans of Al-Ahly are more important," referring to them to demand the attendance of all the team's matches.

Al-Khatib was forced to descend to the masses until he reached the "Al Thalat North" terraces, where the red masses sit, and promised them to intervene to release their comrades.
