In August, Tess Olofsson enrolled in the history books when, as the first woman, she was the fourth judge in the all-Swedish meeting between Helsingborg and Örebro. Now she is admitted to the highest judges training, step 5 - a big step closer to judging the superett and the gentleman Swede.

- It is my goal to get judged men's matches in allsvenskan and establish me there. Then it would have been extremely fun to have the opportunity abroad, to be able to do as Stéphanie Frappart who judged the Super Cup final between Liverpool and Chelsea, Olofsson tells Aftonbladet.

Olofsson, who works part time as a police officer, was voted the judge of the year in division one men.

She is one of only three judges who qualified to go step 5 in 2020. The training concludes with one or more test matches in the superett, and then can be classified to judge the allsvenskan and superettet for men.
