Amanda Zahui is unique in many ways, not just as a basketball player. It is primarily about her great commitment to equality and the equal value of all people.

She has received an incredible amount of response after her summer talk in P1, which has meant that she has become an example even outside the basketball court.

- It's good, something I'm proud of, but it's not that I walk around the city thinking I'm an example.

Newcomer of the Year

In 2010, as a 16-year-old, she was named this year's rookie in Basketligan. Then she was a great talent that many people considered to be a bit cocky.

She still expresses that she has an attitude and when she looks back on herself she is incredibly proud but admits that if she met herself today on the basketball court it would probably be a nuisance.

- Oh Jesus! I'd probably argue with her. It was very trashtalk then so I don't know if I had handled it but I'm proud of her.
