According to Martin Cullen, Executive Director of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA), who is passing TASS, a simplified procedure for obtaining a visa will be available to both Russians and citizens of other countries intending to attend Euro 2020 matches.

He noted that UEFA is also in contact with the Azerbaijani authorities on the issue of simplifying the procedure for entering the country.

The 2020 European Championship will be held from June 12 to July 12 at 12 arenas in 12 European cities - St. Petersburg, London, Munich, Baku, Rome, Bucharest, Dublin, Copenhagen, Bilbao, Glasgow, Budapest and Amsterdam.

It was previously reported that the recommendations of the WADA compliance committee regarding Russia do not apply to Euro 2020.
