With the exception of the loss to A3 Basket most recently, Högbo's season introduction has been nail-biting. Tonight's summit with the table tennis Telje ended with a crushing 20-point victory.

Yet it was the visiting Telje who went out most offensively and led with at most 20-12 in the first period.

But then things started to get worse with the shots and suddenly the strong home team was catching up and passing.

Thought: "They will start to miss"

After the first half: lead 45-36 to Högsbo and a 44 percent three-point shooting to compare with Telje's 27 percent (only three of eleven shots sat in the basket).

- They put everything in the beginning it felt like, so we thought we can keep driving and they will start to miss. And that showed the way, says Högsbos team captain Ida Fredriksson at halftime.

The second half continued in the same pattern. Högbo's heavy new acquisitions ahead of the Kourtni Dinae Perry season, occasionally offered world-class basketball candy with its clean shots and game-intelligent returns.

A total of 20 points were made for the North American import player, the best listing tonight.

Högsbo is now leading the series, two points ahead of Luleå, which however has a match less played. On Sunday, the first advent, the team meets in an exciting summit in Norrbotten.
