Evelina Raselli comes most recently from two seasons in Swiss SC Reinach where she stood for 52 points in 29 games. After American Melissa Samoskevich chose to return home for personal reasons, a hole arose in Brynäs squad building. That's where Evelina Raselli steps in. For the 27-year-old, this is the first time she has played club hockey abroad.

- It's an honor to have the chance to play in Brynäs and I feel this is the right place for me to develop. I want to grow as a player and person. I know it is high class at SDHL and I look forward to getting started, ”Raselli said in a press release.

Evelina Raselli debuted in the Swiss national team and in recent years has been an important cog in the team that won bronze in both the World Cup and the Olympic Games.

"Evelina has been involved at a high level for a long time and knows what it takes to be a top player at this level," says Erika Grahm, women manager at Brynäs.
