A hotel with approximately 750 rooms and a bus terminal connecting Haneda and Narita airports will also be constructed.

Ariake is home to the Ariake Arena, where volleyball is played at the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics, and the Ariake Gymnastics Stadium, where many spectators use the facility during the tournament. It is expected.

In addition, more than 1,500 condominiums have been built on the south side of the facility, and the nearby Athlete Village building will be used as a condominium after the tournament.
