When Stephanie Holmén was to take the difficult step from youth to senior rider came the offer she could not resist - the job as a rider at home with national team rider Peder Fredricson and Lisen Bratt Fredricson, who rode two Olympics in jumping.

That gave her great opportunities and now she is part of the national team's A-squad, which also includes her manager Peder Fredricson.

- I can always lean on Peder if I have a question. We often walk the course individually once, then we meet and go through and make a plan. Whoever rides first goes back to the other and gives tips, how it felt and if we should stick to the plan, she says.
