Johannesson believes that those who have made the decision will have good reasons for the decision.

- At the same time, it is, after all, a tool for the Swedish Football Association to ensure that we have a healthy economy in our elite clubs and obviously Östersund does not have it. Thus, there is a regulatory framework that must be followed, says Johannesson.

Östersund will appeal the decision, first to the Board of Appeal (no later than December 10) and, if necessary, to the National Sports Commission.

If the decision of the licensing committee stands, ÖFK states that they will play in the superyet season 2020. Most recently, the all Swedish place must be appointed March 1, 2020.

If Östersund does not play in allsvenskan next season, it is Brage who will be offered the place.
