Driven by their base, the Mavericks have crushed San Antonio, Golden State, Cleveland and Houston by 27.8 points on average.
The traditional Texan duel in the Toyota Center was solved with an amazing scoring success of the visitors, who already clearly dominated the 60-78 break. Tim Hardaway (31 points) offered his best basketball of the season, well supported by Kristaps Porzingis (23 points, 13 rebounds).
The Rockets could barely get close at the beginning of the last quarter (105-110), thanks to the quality of Westbrook (27 points) and the power of Clint Capela (21 points, 22 rebounds). However, the continuous errors from the perimeter of Harden (2/15 in triples) penalized his remote options of comeback.
