Last year's jumble company Ottawa has begun significantly stronger this season. With just over a quarter of the North American Pro League cleared, the team has positioned just under the middle line.

The victory against Rangers during the night against Saturday, Swedish time, became the third in a row for the Canadian team. The suite at home is up in five.

Strong contributor was goalkeeper Anders Nilsson, 29-year-old from Luleå, who saved 30 of 31 shots and was named one of the game's best players.

Must be told for future children

Things went worse for compatriot Henrik Lundqvist, who was standing in the opposite target cage. He had more to do with himself, and received 39 shots, 35 of which were saved.

Ottawa's Logan Brown scored his first goal in the NHL, and outscoring a legend meant a lot.

- When I tell my (future) children about it, it is definitely something that I will mention. But it was also very nice to succeed in putting it, it's a burden that has eased, he tells the Ottawa Sun.

Lundqvist was not as pleased.

- They ran out of us today, especially the first half of the match. They work hard, that's why they win, says Henrik Lundqvist to the press after the match.

Tooth was picked from the ice

Some drama offered the ice hockey match. Referee Tim Peel was hit by a puck in the head and left the ice, but later returned. And Rangers Brendan Lemieux got a lump in the face and had to go out to the booth with a tooth in his hand after it was picked up from the ice.

The night's second NHL meeting between Pittsburgh and New Jersey ended with a home win for the Penguins 4-1.
