Daniel Richardsson showed stable riding and fine form at 15 kilometers classic in Gällivare.

But Dario Cologna, who was second yesterday, showed early in the race that he would be beaten. He was 37 seconds ahead of Daniel Richardsson in the final interim and took a big lead in goal.

Jens Burman, who won yesterday, was the one who could challenge Cologna for the victory. But Burman lost a lot to the Swiss at the end and thus had to settle for a second place with 16 seconds up to first place.

- It was tough. It was special before, it was quite shiny and difficult to get the skis bit by bit. It was quite a technical race. I am satisfied, when this is the case, it is important to be prepared to let go, says Jens Burman to SVT Sport.

Heavy spelling for Svensson

Jens Burman had problems with his back last year and has had his back. Now he thinks it works better and better.

- I have more mobility in my hip. The technology is better, it is moving forward but there is more to work on. The more skiing you get to ski, I think it sits more and more, he says.

Daniel Richardsson finally finished third.

Another who showed strength at the start of the race was Oskar Svensson who took the lead at 4.3. But a misspell destroyed the day and he was 22 seconds behind Cologna at the next interim.

- It was entirely my own fault, I accidentally stepped off the stick. It was really sad. I was in the flow of the world but lost it completely, he tells SVT Sport.
