There will be four new sports in the Olympics next year, and one to make a comeback.
Skateboarding, karate, sports climbing and surfing are the new branches. And baseball / softball is back again after a few years of absence.

Oskar Rozenberg Hallberg, 23, is a two-time World Cup gold medalist in skateboarding:

- It feels exciting and it will be interesting to see what can happen and what it can have for effects in the skate world. And how the competition will take place, it will be fun, says Oskar Rozenberg Hallberg to SVT Sport.

Rozenberg Hallberg is nominated for male athlete of the year at the Sports Gala 2020, and is currently ranked highest in Europe and he has a good chance of reaching the Olympics where the 20 best ranked qualify.

Another sport that will enter the Olympics next year is karate. One of Sweden's foremost female practitioners is Hana Antunovic.

- It feels fantastic. It feels right now, to be here and meet other Olympians, says Antunovic.
