- It's completely senseless. The players from Brasov have undergone a treatment program that is classified as doping, says Tomas Ryde, Romania's Swedish Confederation, to Aftonbladet.

According to the sports site GSP, which Expressen writes about, the players have received intravenous laser treatment, which is prohibited by the anti-doping agency Wada.

At first it was stated that four Brasov players could miss the World Cup, but according to Aftonbladet's information, two of the players are completely exempt from doping crimes. However, Cristina Laslo (right-hand corner in the starting lineup) and Bianca Bazaliu (backup to superstar Cristina Neagu) should be investigated and therefore stay at home when the team flies to the World Cup in Japan.

Ryde states that Laslo and Bazaliu are called to a commission hearing on Friday.

- It may be that they are already acquitted on Friday. Then I bring them in. But I suspect the millstones will grind for a while, he tells Aftonbladet.

Sweden can meet Romania in the intermediate round group play. Romania came fourth in the European Championships last, when Sweden turned six.
