1-0 came in game five against three in the first period. Dick Axelsson got the puck from Patrik Berglund and scored his first goal since returning to Djurgården.
A defensive miss by Skellefteå then opened to Gustav Possler increasing to 2-0.
In the third period the home team played well and after a Djurgården pulled on a couple of expulsions, they were awarded by Joakim Lindström.
But only minutes later it was Lindström's turn to sit in the deportation booth and only six seconds into that expulsion Niclas Bergfors made 3-1. After that, Berglund managed to expand to 4-1.
Thus Djurgården goes to the quarterfinals where you meet the winner in the meeting between Yunost Minsk and Munich.
