Team Anna Hasselborg won last year's European Championships in Tallinn, Estonia.

Lately, the team has shown great form, and won a Grand Slam competition in Canada as of last weekend.

Comfortable victory

And the shape seems to be intact. When the team today started the home European Championships in Helsingborg, it was a comfortable victory against Denmark.

In the second round, the team took the lead by 3-0, and then never let it go. When Denmark in the ninth round "just" took one point, they gave up, with a subset 3-6 with one round left and Sweden with the last stone.

- Denmark does not really agree with how to place the stones to make it more difficult for Sweden, says SVT Sports expert Eva Lund.
