“This means a mutual rejection of claims and the termination of litigation between PJSC Gazprom and NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy on contracts for the supply and transit of Russian gas, restoring the balance of commercial interests of the parties,” the company noted.

Earlier, Russian Minister of Energy Alexander Novak commented on the Ukrainian Naftogaz’s lawsuit against Russian Gazprom for $ 12 billion. He noted that “we need to return to the settlement on the basis of a“ zero ”version of all issues related to court disputes.”
