Algerian football fans shared a video showing the daughter of the Greens captain and Manchester City striker Riad Mehrez as she learns to pray.

Mehrez's wife, Rita, posted the video to her three-year-old daughter via her Instagram personal account through Story.

Rita, a Briton of Indian descent, said Mehrez adheres to the teachings of Islam, where he does not drink and does not go to nightclubs.

Mehrez led Algeria to the African Nations Cup, which was held in Egypt for the second time in the history of the Greens, making him a strong candidate for the title of best African player.
