UAE national rally champion Sheikh Khalid Al Qasimi said that the launch of a new national series of desert rallies in the country means that the time has become an ideal time for young sports enthusiasts to engage in it now, after announcing his participation in the Baja Abu Dhabi Rally, which takes place on the 15th and 16th of this month.
Sheikh Khalid Al Qasimi, who leads the T1 category with three of the first four rounds of the Abu Dhabi Racing car, said: "Most events are held for a day, and are available to motorcycles, quad cars and T3s, making it a very useful sport."
