Christian Sandberg started the goal shooter for HV71 after two and a half minutes. Six minutes later it was followed by 2–0 by little brother Filip Sandberg.
After 20 minutes of play and 15 HV71 shots were fired at goalkeepers Tex Williamsson - who was replaced after four interceptions - and Fredrik Pettersson-Wentzel led the home team with 6-0.

Oskarshamn has already suffered a huge loss this season. In early October, they lost to Färjestad by 0-12 after allowing seven goals in the first period.
