Simon Jansson previously played six seasons in Edsbyn, and after four seasons in Västerås he is now back in Hälsingland. The roots are pulling, so now Edsbyn will benefit from the skills that last year gave 17 goals and 20 assists for the Swedish finals team Västerås.
- My partner is from up here, so it felt natural that we would come back someday, says Simon Jansson.
National team captain Simon Jansson has a three-year contract with Edsbyn, and has already contributed to a title: the Swedish Cup this autumn. However, in October he was troubled by a bad ankle.
- I know I'm big and strong and a good breakthrough player, so I hope to be able to come in and deliver and lead the team.
