Los Angeles FC admittedly took the lead through goal by Eduard Atuesta in match minute 17. But five minutes later, Seattle acknowledged through Raúl Ruidíaz and after that, Los Angeles never came back in the match.

Seattle's Nicolás Lodeiro scored 2-1 before it was time for a half-time rest and early in the second half Ruidíaz scored another goal. So the final result is written 3–1 to Seattle.

Which team Seattle meets in the final will be decided the night against Thursday, when Atlanta plays against Toronto in the second semifinal.
