The Nanterre Commercial Court in France ruled in favor of the BN Sports network, and obliged the Amore Sport Organisation Group organizing the Dakar Rally, the Tour de France, the Paris Marathon and other sporting events to implement the terms of the broadcasting rights granted to the Qatar Network for five years.

France's Amauri Sport canceled the contract with BN Sports when it announced in April that the Dakar Rally would be held in the next five years in Saudi Arabia, after organizing 29 copies in Africa and 11 in South America.

The president of the Nanterre Commercial Court described the decision to terminate the contract as highly questionable and issued an interim order in which he asked the French group to "respect the contract in all its provisions." The court also ordered the payment of 10,000 euros for each day the group refused to provide BN Sports with a signal. Broadcast tournament.

The court's decision stated that the contract was terminated only by Amore Sport, as the French group sought to replace BN Sports with a free carrier in Saudi Arabia.

Last year, BN Sports and the French group signed a five million euro contract for exclusive broadcasting rights in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) for all major sporting events, including the Dakar Rally.
