Japan shocked a whole rugby world when they reached the country's first quarterfinals after beating both Scotland and Ireland. But well into the quarter, it stopped.

Despite a steady first half when the match was over, it was the stopper in the second and the match ended 26-3 to South Africa.

- The big numbers at the end don't really match how smooth the game was, says South Africa coach Rassie Erasmus.

Now South Africa will face Wales in the semi-finals next Sunday. In the second match, which is played on Saturday, England are set against New Zealand.
