CAIRO: The draw for the African Champions League and the Confederation was held on Wednesday in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, in the presence of a large number of football stars in Egypt and Africa.
The draw for the group stage of the African Champions League was as follows:
The first group comprises: Angola's first August, Zambia's Zesco, Zamalek / Generacion and Congolese Mazimi.
The second group includes: Al Ahli, Coastal Star, Sudanese Crescent, and Platinum Zimbabwe.
Group C includes Wydad Morocco, South Africa's Sundowns, Angolan Petro Atletico and USMA
Group D comprises Esperance of Tunisia, Raja of Morocco, JS Kabylie and Congolese Vita Club
CAF also set the dates for the group stage matches in the African Champions League, as follows:
Dates of the first round: 29 and 30 November
Matchday 2: December 6 and 7
The dates of the third matches: 27 and 28 December
Dates of the fourth games: 14 and 15 February
The dates of the fifth games: 21 and 22 February
The dates of the sixth matches: 6 and 7 March
