English team players, we have on many occasions been forced to endure racism from the stands at away matches. In March, three players were exposed when England met Montenegro, whereupon Montenegro's alliance was punished afterwards.

On Friday, the Czech Republic is waiting in Prague and then Bulgaria in Sofia, and then the English players are ready to act if racist cries are heard from the stands.

- We have had meetings about it and we have talked about how to handle the situation. Harry Kane (who is the team captain) has even said that if it happens and we feel hit, we will all go off the pitch together, Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham told The Guardian.

Southgate is behind the players

Uefa has a three-step manual on racism in the stands. The players must first inform the referee about what is going on, and if the referee does not stop at the supporters, the players can be allowed to leave the pitch. Then a decision is made whether or not the match should be played clearly.

"If we don't feel good as a team, we decide whether to stay or not, no matter what the outcome is," says Abraham, who believes that Gareth Southgate's union captain is behind the decision.

- When he talked about this yesterday he was very reluctant to put an end to it. Nobody wants it in football.
