The national team conflict with the hockey association will still be handled by the players' union Sico. What the Union wants to do is to reach an agreement with the employer on the women's side. There has been one on the men's side since before. The union's website says that "all employees in a workplace can be members".

- The Union has long been the sports union. All the players have had jobs alongside, which has made it difficult to organize them. But now we have chosen to bring them in based on their sports activities, says Lukas Ringqvist.

How do you view the conflict between the players and the national team?

- It has been an attitude towards the players that is not acceptable. We are behind Sico (player union, red note) in their work.

"Convinced that SDHL is positive"

The crack issue for the Women's Crowns has been compensation for lost work income and insurance. It is also something that the Union will push towards employers in SDHL.

- The most important thing is to get a collective agreement so that the sport becomes more equal. It is about getting compensation for what you do and also current insurance. I am convinced that SDHL is positive about reaching an agreement, ”says Lukas Ringqvist.

Many athletes have used agents during wage negotiations. Will you pursue a question about minimum wages, for example?

- There is an opportunity for players to have agents or advisors. I don't think we can go in and say that you should have a minimum level of compensation. These are very low sums, if that is even a sum. There are no minimum wages in the men's agreement.
