It was last weekend that Linus Sundström crashed hard during a competition in Poland. The Swede was taken to hospital but then received complications and the situation was critical.

However, on Thursday it turned around and the Swede was able to leave the intensive on Friday, but still remains in the hospital.

Sundström broke both the femur and upper arm and during Tuesday the femur fracture was operated.

According to Dad Kenneth Sundström, the operation has gone well.

- He has woken up and is very cheerful and happy. As the plan is now, there will be a day of rest and recovery tomorrow since the arm will be operated on Thursday.
