Frida Karlsson competes in Saturday's classic 30 km Lidingö race. And according to expert A Lennart Julin, the 20-year-old star shot has good chances.

- It feels like the starting field is at a level that will allow her to keep up with it there, he says.

The 20-year-old was a successful runner at youth level. She has won the small Lidingö race several times and has also been with the national team in both the youth championship and Finnkampensmungdomslandskamp. Julin believes in a time around 1.55 for the cross country skier.

But now some clouds of concern have appeared on the horizon.

- I really hope I can stand up tomorrow. I have had problems with a bone membrane but if I can stand up I really look forward to 30km, says Frida Karlsson.
