The A-national team merit Matilda Algotsson is one of six talented riders who in recent years must have broken with one of Sweden's top clubs, Solna, because of the poor treatment.

- I was always afraid of making mistakes and if I asked a question or didn't understand the coach could bark at me. It made me feel stupid and bad as a person, Algotsson tells DN.

Even Selma Ihr, who is one of Sweden's most promising figure skaters and has been selected for both the Junior World Cup and the Youth Olympics, testifies to the importance. Among other things, the well-credited coach should have asked her to send SMS with her current weight every week.

- In the end, it became so that one and a half days before weighing, I ate nothing, says figure skating talent.

"Must hear the coach's version"

Ihr's parents have now registered the association, the Stockholm Figure Skating Association and the Swedish Figure Skating Association.

- It is extremely sad when you read about these things, says the union's chairman Katarina Henriksson to DN about the notification.

Henriksson acknowledges that previous alarm reports on the coach have not been adequately followed up and now announces that the coach, who also acts as national team coach on behalf of the union, will not receive more national team assignments while the charges are being investigated.

- I have to talk to the person and hear what has happened. Because this is not the way to train children. I have to hear the coach's version, she says.

Both the coach and the club have declined to comment on the charges.
