Initially sanctioned for three suspension games because of his comments on the refereeing after PSG-Manchester United, the Brazilian star could return to the Champions League in Bruges on 22 October.

Neymar will be back on the turf in Europe sooner than expected, nearly a year after his last appearance in the Champions League: he can return to the group of Paris Saint-Germain as of October 22, in Bruges, because the Court of Arbitration for Sport decided to lighten its sanction to two matches, instead of three, sanction imposed by UEFA.

"Let them go fuck themselves"

At the end of April, Neymar had been suspended three times for insulting a referee after the resounding defeat of Paris Saint-Germain in the round of 16 of the competition against Manchester United, on March 6th. "It's a shame they put four guys who understand nothing about football to see the slow motion (...) They're going to be fucked," wrote the former player Barça.
