Sharjah coach Abdul Aziz Al Anbari said that he expects a difficult match for his team against Khorfakkan in the confrontation that will bring the two teams on Thursday in the first round of the Arabian Gulf League. He was the champions last season.

He pointed out that this game comes after the joy of winning the Super Cup title, stressing that he wishes to forget the players of the super match quickly and to be at the top of the physical and mental readiness for the next game.

Al Anbari said during a press conference held Tuesday at the club's headquarters in Sharjah, "All we think to be among the teams in the league and then for every recent incident after the next rounds."

"The league matches are different from the Super Cup and we are very aware of the importance of this match so I hope we will have a good start in our first game in the league."

Al-Anbari said he hoped all players would be fully prepared for the match, which he described as important for the team at the start of their new season.
