Last Friday, the qualifying period for the Doha World Cup was closed. After that, the International Athletics Federation initiated a process of inviting more activists to fill all starting places.
This means that those who have not passed the World Cup qualification limit can still be invited. And two of those who have received invitations are Lovisa Lindh (800 m) and Fredrik Samuelsson (ten match).
There may be even more Swedes in the World Cup, IAAF's invitation process will not be completed until tomorrow.
