With only weeks left for the Doha World Cup, the International Athletic Association is giving green light to another eleven active participants in the championship under the neutral flag.

One who, on the other hand, gets rejected is the 2012 Olympic champion Anna Chicherova, high jump, who has a doping suspension under her belt.

Among those competing is the World Cup in high jump, Mikhail Akimenko, who jumped 2.33 this season. Since then, several Russian athletes have been given the go-ahead to compete under the neutral flag, among them is Maria Latsiskene, who dominated the women's high jump for a long time.

There is still a chance that the IAAF will release Russia before the World Cup starts, but it is unlikely. Last June, IAAF criticized Russia for not doing its anti-doping work.
