The player union and the union had their second meeting in the conflict on Thursday and then Sico presented a contract proposal.

What it contains Klara Stenberg, who handles the negotiations for Sico, does not want to go into:

- No, I do not want to go into any details in the content because nothing is clear at all. The union should think and think about this and then we will see you again in the near future, we hope, so that we keep up the pace.

At the same time, she says that the insurance issue is problematic.

- There is a certain problem in the fact that it is also up to SDHL to solve some parts that they have with the union. We have to wait there and we have to take that into account. But we must have our players insured, says Stenberg.

"Absolutely immaterial"

Last week it was clear that the men's league SHL is going in with financial support to the union to solve the issue of lost work compensation in national team games for the Women's crowns. SHL pays SEK 400,000 per year for three years. Whether that sum matches Sico's requirements is unclear.

- It is completely unimportant to me because it is an agreement between SHL and the union. What I am thinking about is that the agreement we are about to sign is now good for the players, ”says Stenberg.

The players in Damkronorna, a total of 43, strike from a training camp on Bosön with a subsequent tournament in Finland two weeks ago. The parties hope that a new agreement will be in port before the next meeting, the home tournament in Luleå, November 5-9.
