Sweden has had difficulties handling Norway in a football context and, like the last meeting between the teams, it was Norway that took the lead.

After a close first half, Norway took the lead when the Swedish collaboration between Victor Nilsson Lindelöf and Andreas Granqvist intersected. A pass from Granqvist contributed to Joshua King, perhaps the best player on the pitch, intercepting the ball, delivering it to Martin Ödegaard, who in turn served Stefan Johanesen up to 1-0.

Emil Forsberg, who was over the last match against the Faroe Islands, was back in today's lineup and was the one who fixed the receipt and saved a point when he fired just outside the penalty area.

With four matches remaining, a raffling finish is now awaiting Sweden, 11 points, Romania, 10 and Norway, 9 make up second place behind Spain.
