The American missed on three occasions to report where he was when a doping check was to be issued and was therefore suspended from competition. The US doping agency is now suspending the suspension when the anti-doping agency, Vada, made its statement.

According to the rules, a practitioner who fails to report where they are on three occasions in one year shall be punished with suspension. According to Vada's interpretation, Coleman had missed three doping checks but that they happened for a longer period of time than 12 months and thus the suspension should be lifted - which it also did.

In 2019, coleman has been spotless and found itself in the right place during all 20 test cases.
