Maciej Janowski, Poland, who runs for Dackarna in Sweden, took his first GP victory of the year.

Antonio Lindbäck was back in the World Cup after missing the competition in Målilla due to a shoulder injury. It was a startling start with a superior victory in the first heat, but after some poor results in the last heats, Lindbäck came nine after the first round and missed the semi-finals.

It was clear that the damage was still affecting the driver who was sitting with a large ice bag over the left shaft in the depot between the heats.

Next week, the seventh World Cup competition in Danish Vojens will be decided.
