We know the opponents of Paris, Lyon and Lille, the three French clubs entered this season in the Champions League. The draw, held Thursday night in Monaco, reserved affordable groups in Paris and Lyon, much less in Lille.
The PSG falls on Real Madrid
It started badly for the PSG, which has pulled the jackpot with Real Madrid Zinedine Zidane, winner of three of the last four editions. But PSG can be serene, before starting its European campaign in mid-September. The other two clubs in this group A are clearly within reach: Brugge FC and Turkish club Galatasaray.
Lyon avoids big, Lille falls on a bone
Olympique Lyonnais was also spared during this draw. The OL is poured into the group G with the Russians of Zenith Saint-Petersburg, Benfica and Leipzig. The same can not be said for Losc, the third French club in the C1 this season. Back after four years of absence in the most prestigious European competition, the North will have to deal with Chelsea, Ajax Amsterdam and Valencia CF.
