One of the hottest transitions in the summer transfer window was Anna Anvegårds from Växjö to Rosengård. And it continued to be a hot snack ice cream when she scored goals in the debut - and then did not play when Rosengård and Växjö met.

"It was a request from Växjö, and that is why she did not play today," said Rosengård's sports director Therese Sjögran to SVT Sport and did not want to comment on whether it was part of the negotiations:

- I don't want to go into that at all, because there is something between us and Växjö. But she didn't play today, and that was something Växjö wanted.

"Would feel weird"

The attacker himself also wanted it that way.

- It would feel strange to one day belong to Växjö and a week later to play against them. It felt right to me - with respect for Växjö. There were no problems and oddities there, I think, says Anvegård during the national team's preparations for Visby for the European Championship qualifier.

Latvia waits: "Would fit me well"

Latvia is first waiting in a group where Sweden is expected to lead the matches and Anvegård can be a key player as she aspires to the role of striker.

- Once you are here you want to start and play as much as possible. But you know that there is great competition for the forward positions so it is important to do well at the workouts so you have to hope that you start.

Just because Sweden is expected to own the game can speak for precisely Anvegård's playing style.

- As I am as a player, I like to have the ball at my feet in front of the back line and can put it in for others or take deep runs myself behind. It would suit me well in those matches, says the 22-year-old.
