Johansson underwent a magnetic X-ray today which showed that she has suffered a slight rupture in the back of her thigh.

- It is nothing serious, but as a precautionary measure (before the World Cup) I will not compete in the SM this weekend, she tells SVT Sport.

It was during her second attempt in the long jump that she interrupted the approach and made her way to the back of the thigh. She received treatment immediately, but her concern about missing the season's big goal, the Doha Senior World Cup, dropped pretty quickly.

- I was scared at first and I also wanted to compete. Then I felt rather quickly that it was not so dangerous, I could go. So the worries for the World Cup went away pretty quickly.

"Aims for final"

Now weeks of rehab are waiting before she can compete again, but she announces that she will start in the long jump, when the World Cup decides in Doha September 28 - October 6.

- For the next three weeks, I will work on building my muscles before I start exercising again.

Then you do not have so much time to train fully before the World Cup?

- I compete late in the championship, only on the 5th (October), so there should be no problems.

Apart from the injury you have had a good season, what is your goal when you enter the World Cup?

- I know it will be difficult to reach the final, but it is still what I aim for.
