Former Olympic gold medalist Jelena Isinbajeva thinks the International Athletic Association, IAAF, should lift the suspension of the German athletics team and allow them to participate in the World Cup next month in Doha.
Russia has been suspended since 2015 after widespread doping but has allowed practitioners to compete under the neutral flag.
"The criteria, the plan that was implemented on the Russian Federation have been completed," she tells the Russian news agency Tass, according to AP.
