Daniel Ståhl was back in Finnkampen after the flop in the team European Championship. Then it narrows again. Ståhl drew 69.42 in his first throw. Ståhl's last was also long, really long, but there it became a red flag after an overtrap. Angelica Bengtsson managed 4.61 in the pole vault. Those victories were the crowning glory of the two Swedish teams.
There were superior victories for both the ladies and the gentlemen in Finnkampen. The men won by 213-174.5 and the ladies by 217-192.5.
On the men's side, Daniel Ståhl's throw of 69.42 and Kim Amb's 85.89 throw were the two highlights.
On the ladies' side, Angelica Bengtsson stood out.
