The possible prosecution is based on the police report that was sent in the spring to Kalmar FF's security manager. The notification is about the match between Kalmar FF and AIK in November when the guests secured the SM Cup. According to the police, the security flaws during the gold match were so great that it was a violation of the Ordinance Act.

Chamber Prosecutor in Kalmar Magnus Ling announced in early June that he was planning to prosecute in late summer. The message now is that the possible prosecution will be delayed until September.

- I have wanted some supplementation of the preliminary investigation. I expect to be notified by the police within a few weeks. It is important that everyone gets a chance to speak out and be heard properly, he tells SVT Sport.

What is that supplement?

- There is nothing I want to go into now, there is preliminary investigation confidentiality. But I have looked through the evidence and rate it as good.

- This is about breaking the terms that existed for the event. My prognosis right now is that this holds for prosecution.

Kalmar FF has been strongly critical of the report, which they experienced came as a flash from a clear sky.

The reason why it is the security manager who risks prosecution is because the rules today require that every club has a person who is responsible for the clubs' sporting events and who can be notified if the police feel that the safety requirements have not been met.
