The European school has reappeared strongly at the level of basketball clubs in the country, after the Al Wasl and Shabab Al-Ahli administrations finally hired former Bosnian coach Zoran Zabovic to take over the leadership of the emperor, then the international lecturer and the Italian coach Giorgio Valle, who succeeded the Egyptian Ahmed Merhi in training Ahly Youth.

Although the European school last season was limited to Serbian Marco Ilic, who returns to the second season in a row to lead Al Jazeera, the summer period has witnessed an active activity towards the coaches of Europe, including Bosnian Zapovic, who has extensive experience in the UAE basketball, whether previously coaching Al Ahli until a year ago. 2011, before leading the Bosnian national team until 2016.
