PARIS (Reuters) - Olympique Marseille have demobilized defender Adel Rami after escaping training to participate in a clay wrestling competition on reality television.
Adel Rami told his club he was suffering from injury and was unable to train, but was seen on Fort Boyar while attending wrestling competitions.
Marseille's lawyers met with representatives of Adel Rami and informed them that the 33-year-old's contract had been terminated.
