American gymnastics star Simone Biles, 22, was the headline woman several times over the past week.

First it was in connection with an interview about the former doctor Larry Nassar, who was sentenced to prison for sexual abuse on both Biles and many other gymnasts.

- You had a job. You literally had a job and you failed to protect us. And it's so sad because every time I go to a doctor and get treated it's like ... I don't want to be treated, she said, with a clear address to the American Gymnastics Association.

Won by far last night

But despite the many feelings, she has impressed greatly during this week's American gymnastics championship. In the stand-alone program, she became the first woman to stand for a "triple double", ie three screws and two volts.

It obviously gave her a gold, but it wasn't her only. Tonight she won the multi-fight in superb style, with 118,500 points, compared to the second Sunisa Lee's 113,500 points.

"Better and better"

Thus she became the first woman since Clara Schrotch Lomady in 1952 to take home the multi-fight six times.

- It feels like every title feels better and better. It's just getting more and more amazing, "says Biles, according to Reuters news agency.

Biles has been known as the best gymnast in the world for a couple of years, and has four Olympic golds on the track record.
